A quick idea for you today.
“Less thinking, more trusting.”
I tend to analyze things, to make sure all conditions are taken care of and thought of. I’ve tended to think my way through problems and often future problems, not today/right now problems.
But I’ve questioned this a bit lately.
What if it’s less about thinking your way through future problems and more about trusting yourself that when you reach that future problem, knowing that you’ll be able to overcome it. What if I just didn’t worry about that thing, because it doesn’t affect me today, it isn’t blocking me from taking my next step. Just know that when I get to that next challenge, I’ll figure it out, I’ll overcome it, because I always have.
