Metrics From The Week

The slow decline into hell 😂😅😬 I caught a bit of something mid-week, not quite sure and not quite sure how, but here we are. This is the first time I’ve ever had a 1% recovery score that’s NOT from an overnight flight.

Business Progress Update

This week I shifted gears to personal branding for this public launch.

On the actual software and leads side, I implemented the actual active subscription check for new users, did 11 new reachouts, got 2 new testimonials and a demo video added to the landing page.

And I set up an LLC so I can be official now 🙂

Rebranding

The plan is to start going harder into content on social media now and build up a bit of a personal brand. I’ve been hearing just how powerful personal branding is from the guys in my networking group and got a lot of encouragement that I could pull off something well if I intentionally shared more of what I’m doing.

This week I updated most of my accounts, set up a new brand account on most of the socials for my software, then started actually using my software for new YouTube video ideas.

This gave me a lot of good ideas on how to improve it further, but it’s been insanely cool to actually be a user of my own product. I got a LOT of new video ideas that I’m excited to make.

And then aside from that, I scripted out most of my first 3 videos. I still need to do a bit more, but I have a plan.

I’m very excited for this, I feel like they’re gonna smash it out of the park, but I’ve been working on trying to balance upping quality with finding a process I can maintain that’s not overwhelming.

Back to Phoenix

Did another little photoshoot before leaving this camp spot.

Then headed back into Phoenix (Scottsdale). I explored main street one day and popped into a gallery and had a nice chat with the guy there!

Agua Fria National Monument

I went up north this time. But unfortunately I didn’t get my batteries charged as much as I wanted to (63%) so I knew I wouldn’t be there very long (averaging 14% drained per day). I figured I’ll just make the most of it.

Something Feels Off

The next morning though, I just kind felt more tired than usual when I woke up. I didn’t spring out of bed like I usually do.

Then the next morning it was kind of the same, just feeling more slow. I checked my whoop recovery score and it was 37% after not exercising the previous day, which is very strange. Maybe it’s the elevation gain (up 2,000ft here)? But I was skeptical.

The next morning I woke up with a 1% recovery. All my health metrics were off the charts 😬

So, I headed back down into Phoenix. I’m still not quite sure where this came from, but here we are.

At the very least, you can only improve from 1%! Today (Sunday) my recovery score is 7%, so you could say things are looking up 😎😅

Life Admin

Aside from working, I did quite a bit of “life admin” this week – figuring out where to put my van, travel plans, end of year tax planning.

The next 2 months are gonna be hectic for me. If and when I pull this off, it’s going to be crazy.

Stay tuned 🙂

What’s Next?

Should be in a new city by next week! 🚐
