A friend was leaving this week, went to the beach, got dinner, frozen yogurt after, just chatting, hanging out, was a lot of fun.


Back On YouTube
Went to a coffee shop this week (wow big surprise!) and as I was leaving this YouTube video idea just hit me… about staying motivated when your life is too comfortable.
I came back to my guesthouse, got my journal out (instead of jumping into AI), and just wrote some ideas down, outlined it, set up my camera, hit record, and just went for it.
I finished that and went “huh… that felt pretty good”
The next morning I did the same thing… came back, did a meditation, wrote some ideas down, then just went for it.
And I ended up making 4 youtube videos this week, which is kind of crazy to think I’d been like struggling with making one a week for a long time, spending all this time thinking about video ideas, trying to outline it, all this thinking… and when I just allowed the ideas to come to me, expanded on them, then just trusted in my lived experience to carry me through, something unlocked…


Breath Work
I did this modeling shoot last week for a friend of a friend who needed a super attractive incredibly handsome male model for new branding of her service 😮💨
In exchange she offered to do a free session for me.
This week was that session.
It ended up being more like two sessions in one, a breath work mouth in/out and then second part was this future self visualization and breath work nose in/mouth out.

used her 7.8 sound system, two speakers by both ears
Brain dump:
- my answers at the start that she asked:
- what do I/does my body need? [...]
- want? [...]
- obstacle? [...]
- what would I say to those around me? [...]
- part 1 had very clear tightness in center of chest, especially when deep expansive breaths, and soreness in throat like pre-emotional sensation
- pressing my thumb to my index finger as my future self cue
- contractions during part 2 breath work, very similar to that visualization [...] last week
- super sensitive during part 2 last round, [name] touching my hair, felt full and more pleasure just about life
- she said definitely I had some "life force activation"
- the first time where I felt like I actually needed to "come back" at the end, felt like this combination between blacking out, sleep, disassociation, hard to explain but I was like woah...
- after, feeling very relaxed, kind of spaced out, like what just happened..., more intentional, not gonna look at my phone for a bit, feeling tired
- suggestion to do a lot of grounding, might find thinking about things differently, if anyone on the fence to talk to, just don't... protect energy
- suggested using that grounding wire/rope visualization more, red cord into the center of the earth
- get [name]'s notes about future me feelings
- look into energy and energetics more
- do some more guided learning for my own coaching, she's done a lot of formal trainings
The biggest thing was the future self visualization, getting full body chills during that, emotional, and the breath work after. There’s this gap in my memory after, I felt mostly conscious still, but there was a moment where she was like “okay now come back and feel your fingers and toes” and I was like holy shit wait where was I 😂
Super relaxed after, a bit spaced out, a bit like I’m not entirely sure what happened. Very energy intensive.
Pretty crazy.
