Snaps From The Week

Analog coffee, hilarious place

Ubud

Took a trip up to Ubud to explore. Soooo beautiful. It’s so different from Canggu. Found this beautiful restaurant on the edge of this valley for sunset.

The Big Investment

Off the back of the mastermind last week, I did some thinking about the offer he briefly presented during the mastermind about working 1-1. To be honest it sounded like quite a good offer, I really resonated with his methodology and philosophy, and got a lot of value from the mastermind.

So I decided to go for it and invest in his 1-1 business coaching. 90 days to rework my offer, get it super clean, and validate it.

I’m actually really excited to have some help with this finally. For a long time I kind of held onto the idea that I kind of knew what I needed to do and just could do it myself and with AI.

But finally decided let’s get some support and scale this thing up 🙂

If you see some changes to my content over the coming weeks and months, you’ll know why.

The Usual

Most of this week was the same. Wake up, morning coffee shop, read, work, lunch, work, gym, dinner, repeat.

Socializing

Saturday went to Nirvana for a rest day, got a massage.

Went into the sauna after my massage, feeling relaxed, there were like 7 other people in there, fully silent.

I went “so how’s everyone doing?” and brother the EASE that those words came out of my mouth holy shit.

Started chatting with people in there. Felt so clean and confident.

I already know my past self last year would’ve been like “wtf how did you do that?”

It’s been a journey 🙂

Thoughts From The Week

Was thinking about video ideas, opened a random note to this idea and I had from last year

202507032345 Don't create energy, ride and channel it
#journal #energy

Just speaking to [name] about life and energy.

The key takeaway:

The universe has infinite energy.

And in my note from last week about giving energy instead of mirroring, the idea was to come to exchanges with energy, be the energy and have the feminine energy receive and mirror it.

This giving is masculine energy, it's action.

And when does this usually happen? When I'm confident. And also after meditation and allowing myself to feel the feelings.

So when you meditate, you remove the blocks and filters that stop action.

That channeling of the energy from the universe is what I need to work on more.

I'm already good at receiving and mirroring.

It's the channeling.

But it's not giving. It's not creating or generating.

It's riding the wave, it's channeling the energy that already exists somewhere in the universe and channeling into someone else.

Also, this is also why is struggle to talk to [name], she has such stuck energy. I need a mediator like [name] or [name] to be able to play with that energy and become more playful and jokey.

I had some ideas flowing, put on music, started dancing in my room to martin garrix and alesso, just feeling this rush of adrenaline and chills throughout my body compelling me to move and dance.

I thought yep there’s something here for sure… Then recorded a video.

I just finished reading Waking The Tiger by Peter Levine. He talks about healing trauma (mostly single event traumatic events) using the body and what he calls “Somatic Experiencing”

The biggest takeaway I got was that the body has a natural and intuitive process it undergoes to heal from trauma. The problem and why it’s so common for people to experience post-traumatic symptoms is that we interrupt this natural process.

This usually happens by shaking, which physically releases the stored hyperarousal energy that gets “locked” in place when we interrupt the process after an emotional event occurs.

He linked back to Focusing by Eugene Gendlin and the Felt Sense term he coined, which is the process I use in my coaching.

Bottom line, there’s a LOT of power by using the body, bringing awareness to physical sensations, felt sense, and allowing the body to do what it’s doing without interrupting it. This continues to build up my core thesis of coaching.

What’s Next?

I’m speaking again at Give It All this week, my third time!

Am I ready?

There’s only one way to find out 🙂
