Health/Sleep Experimentation
I’m fairly certain I know where the red recovery came from.
That night I went to the gym late, did a 60 minute hard run, ended around 6:45pm, then went to eat dinner after, maybe ~7:30/8pm, was asleep at 9:45pm. Too much exercise too close to sleeping AND too much food.
I’ve been experimenting with eating less in the evenings to affect my sleep less. But I’ve also been still mostly intermittent fasting… So it’s like, I don’t eat breakfast AND I’m now having smaller dinners. I’m looking at this and looking at trying to gain weight and going “HAH yeah okay how’s this gonna work exactly?”
That said, speaking of, I AM gaining weight. We’re VERY close to 90kg/200lbs, though I don’t always weigh myself in the morning fasted.
Feels good to see this progress though.

I also got my first massage this week in maybe 4 months? I swear over the course of maybe 4 days there were 8 people in my world that said they got a massage, recommended a massage, were going to get a massage. And additionally I stopped stretching after working out because I kept pushing it off, and my back got SUPER tight.
So I took it as a sign from the universe 😂
Definitely needed.
Business
Been working this week on a couple things. Put together some docs around sleep since that’s a pretty big core foundation for what I’ve learned about energy and productivity and routine.
Put together a checklist and started on this sleep upgrade map doc. Just working on building up assets I can use and leverage.

Also had this idea to reverse engineer my goals into the micro and then turned it into a funnel structure and have been adding a bunch of stories, problems/solutions, values, and things that I can pick from with my content.

- I'm not worried about organic, building an audience, "going big." That's for later. I want to get my feet under me, prove to myself I can transform people, and collect testimonials.

- I need to set up coaching conversations with people. Like free "let's talk" conversations where I can _show_ people what I do. Then we can have a second call and offer a program to them if it feels right.
- How? I need people to reach out to me specifically in the context of wanting to have a conversation with me. With this idea that "hmm I think Peter might be able to help me" or "Peter has what I want I need to talk to him"
- How?
- People need to know that I offer a free conversation with them.
- People need to know that they can reach out to me for this conversation.
- People need to believe that I can help them solve their pain and problem.
- People need to know that I have what they want.
- How?
- I need CTAs inviting people to DM me to set up conversations (stories, bio).
- I need to know what I want to help people with.
- Health, sleep, routine, productivity, procrastination, goals, building their dream life, environment design, lifestyle design.
- I need to show people that I have solved their pains and problems around these topics.
- I need to show people that I have solved these pains in OTHER people.
- I need to show people that I have transformed into what they desire.
- How?
- I need to know all of the biggest pains around these topics that my dream client has.
- I need to make content showing my transformation or transformation in other people.
- I need to tell people or hint to people in person of my own transformations.
- In-person - what [name] said, about sharing the parts of her story that connect with people.

The Rain & Flooding
It rained all day Tuesday, overnight very hard, and into Wednesday.
Wednesday I was driving into Canggu in my swim trunks and sandals and was shocked at how high the water level was crossing the shortcut. It was WILD.

I saw/read later that Denpasar got hit REALLY hard with flooding. I felt incredibly grateful that we weren’t affected up here considering the damage that happened just a few km away…

Social & Networking Updates
Nirvana
Had some really good social sessions at Nirvana (gym) again this week. It’s amazing how much of a difference it makes running into people I know, fist bumps, little exchanges, chatting in the sauna.
The Intangible
Also drove down to another Terra networking event. It didn’t feel as crazy as the last one, but I walked away with something very valuable and useful. AND I had some really good conversations, which made it worth going.
We partnered up with others and shared our goals for the final 3 months of the year, but as if they had already been accomplished. So not “I want to get 10 new clients,” but “I’ve already signed on 10 clients.”
And after sharing this, we were instructed to look into our partners eyes for 30 seconds, then say “I see you, I believe in you, and I believe you.” It was quite an interesting experience… I was kind of expecting it to be like “ahh that’s so cliche”
But it worked… And that changed my perspective.
The partner I had also said something minor that completely shifted my energy.
She felt really inspired by my vision and purpose and she added that she was excited because I’m helping people with the intangible.
I heard this word, “intangible,” and my whole energy softened.
My smile started to fade, as the back of my throat started to ache, and the edges of my eyes began to tingle.
I worked to hold my composure and hold back the tears that I could feel coming.
This hit me so hard because one of the first and biggest things that held me back from pursuing this business and life was that it’s helping people with something that isn’t tangible and thus it’s harder.
I was scared of the intangible.
I figured, solving something concrete is easier, so I’ll do that first and coach later (The Week I Considered Changing My Entire Career Path (Again), December 10th, 2023).

I feel like I have 2 main "paths" on my mind:
1. Build a concrete and scalable business that solves a niche problem - Goal: money, financial freedom
2. Mentor/Coach people that need help in their life/career - Goal: meaning/fulfillment
...
It’s still wild to me that I was thinking about doing what I’m doing now 2 years ago…
So anyways, back to this moment hearing this. It felt like one of those moments where someone casually labels an attribute about you that you’ve struggled with developing, instantly recognizing the progress that you’ve made. (See The Week When It Started Catching Up To Me, August 24th, 2025 for another example).
Learning To Respect My Time
I’ve been setting up a lot of coffee chats and connecting with new people lately.
But not ALL of them have gone well 😅
One person I was looking forward to meeting messaged me that they wouldn’t make it with some reason the day before, without offering a different time.
I had this “it should be easy” thought reading their message.
And so rather than something like “ohh no worries, how about [other day]?” I just said “Enjoy 👍” and left it at that.
Then another day I was waiting for someone, 5 minutes passes, then 10, 15… I was posting an Instagram story so I felt like I was making good use of my time, but I started to question if maybe they forgot or something.
I thought about sending a “you coming?” message in case, but something just didn’t feel right. I didn’t feel in it…
And so after 20 minutes I sent a message “let’s meet another time 👍,” got up, paid, and left.
I decided even if they said something like “ah shit I forgot I’ll be there in 10 minutes,” I wouldn’t even want to chat anymore.
There’s plenty more context to both of these stories that I’ve left out, and I have nothing against these people, but I wanted to share some snippets to set up context for this learning:
I saw these less as losses and more as wins. They were opportunities for me to embody and act on me respecting my own time, learning to not chase, and letting people self-select into and out of my world.
There’s part of this that I recognize is in my control, setting up some kind of anticipation or expectation, following up beforehand, etc.
But, and I’m gonna take off my humble hat for a second to give you a glimpse into my mind and thoughts…, I also hear these thoughts in my head:
Bro you genuinely live the coolest life of anyone I’ve ever met.
How many other people do you actually know that have made it, lived the traditional life, have done van life, still have a van, live in Bali, have made the choices you made, live the values you embody…
It’s non existent.
Think about your travel plans for the rest of the year… How many people on the planet will do something similar?
You’re a walking bundle of questions that don’t make any sense on the surface.
If people aren’t even a little intrigued by this, then they aren’t even worth your time, my friend.
Let the people who resonate with you, come to you.
It gave me a smile to see how literally the next day I had two amazing conversations with people, laughed, connected deeply. It was just one of those little contrast moments.
Part of the reason this has come up is because I’m trying to figure out how to actually pull people into my world. How to literally reverse engineer this. Creating curiosity, intrigue, creating anticipation. What do I share? What can I say? etc.

Woke up at 2:30am thinking about making a video about this. Then made an Instagram story the next morning:

- learned something really interesting yesterday
- story: so yesterday I'm integrating this negative emotion, this fear, not being valued, not being worthy, but then something interesting happened, I thought, what is it that I actually want? And envisioned that. Then asked, so that what? What feeling do I desire? This feeling of being valued, confident, etc
- and then realized I could just tap into that feeling now. Ended up manifesting.
- so I've already learned there's a lot of unlocking when I feel and integrate the feeling that I'm avoiding, the fear
- but I realized yesterday there's actually another tool to use
- I made this connection, that we chase feelings not things, we act in life based on feelings
- so if there's something we want to happen, what's the feeling it will create in you? Then try sitting there and tapping into that feeling, you probably already know what it feels like, so feel into it and see what happens

The process of emotional alchemy can be applied to all negative emotion that arises throughout life:
1. Relax – Sit or lie down in a quiet space and allow your body to fully relax.
2. Bring it to Mind – Gently bring the adversity, whether it’s a situation, person or event, into your awareness.
3. Feel Fully – Let yourself experience the full depth of the negative emotion without resistance or avoidance. Stay present with it.
4. Stay Until it Shifts – Remain with the emotion until it begins to soften or dissolve. This may take 20, 30, 60 minutes, or even longer; there’s no rush. The key is to stay with the feeling until its intensity naturally begins to fade.
5. Reach Neutrality – Eventually, the emotional charge will fade, and you’ll arrive at a neutral state.
6. Extract the Seed – From this place of neutrality, revisit the adversity and search for the hidden seed within it – some perspective or insight that supports your desired reality.
7. Feel the Shift – Focus on that new perspective and allow yourself to feel the positive emotions it brings. Immerse yourself in the uplifted state.
8. Integrate – Once you feel the emotional shift, return to your day, keeping your focus on the positive seed. If your mind drifts back to the negative, gently redirect it.
